"HanDBr: A relational database harboring data from HIV-1 infections detected in Brazil from 2008 to 2017"





HanDBr is a non-redundant HIV-1 relational database implemented in MySQL. It was generated after curation of a total of 202,731 clinical records of HIV-1 infected individuals diagnosed in Brazil (country-wide data) from 2008 to 2017. HanDBr has 44,360 unique entries including information about: HIV-1 genome sequence (partial or near full length HIV-1 genome, missing data 0.00%); Date of birth (missing data 0.02%); Age at HIV-1 sequencing (missing data 0.04%); Sex (missing data 0.04%); City of birth (missing data 0.00%); State of birth (missing data 0.00%); Education (missing data 46.04%); Pregnancy (missing data 43.76%); City of sample collection (missing data 58.17%); Date of sample collection (missing data 0.02%); CD4+ T cell counts (missing data 3.92%); Viral load (missing data 3.18%); Treatment history (missing data 0.00%); Drug resistance mutations (missing data 0.00%); HIV-1 subtype (missing data 0.00%); Probable infection route (missing data 42.28%) and other variables.
